About ALOIS

Local expertise. Global reach.

A specialist technology staffing and workforce solutions company, headquartered in Sydney and hiring across every Australian state and territory.

Who we are

One partner for hard-to-fill tech roles

ALOIS helps Australian employers hire the technology people they can't find on their own — from a single security architect to a full project or service-desk team.

Our recruiters specialise by practice: cybersecurity, AI and machine learning, cloud and infrastructure, data, software engineering, transformation (ERP/CRM) and VMware. Behind them sits ALOIS's global delivery network, which lets us source beyond the local market and build offshore and hybrid teams.

We work on permanent, contract, contract-to-permanent and project terms, and as a specialist supplier inside MSP and VMS programs — from our head office at Level 7, 88 Phillip Street, Sydney.
