Terms of Use

The rules for using our website, job listings and online forms.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.aloissolutions.com.au (the “website”), operated by ALOIS Australia Pty Ltd (“ALOIS”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, submitting a form or applying for a role through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • submit information that is false, misleading or belongs to someone else without their permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users' information;
  • introduce malicious code, or overload or interfere with the website;
  • scrape, copy or republish job listings or other content in bulk without our written consent.

3. Information on the website

Content on the website, including market data, salary or rate commentary and service descriptions, is general information only. It is not professional advice and may change without notice. Third-party statistics are attributed to their sources.

Job listings describe roles on behalf of our clients. Roles may be filled, changed or withdrawn at any time, and a listing is not an offer of employment or engagement.

4. Applications and enquiries

When you apply for a role, join our talent pool or send an enquiry, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or placement.

We handle personal information you submit in line with our Privacy Policy. Some application steps take place on our applicant tracking provider's candidate portal, which has its own terms.

5. Recruitment and workforce services

Staffing, recruitment and workforce solutions are provided under a separate written agreement (such as our terms of business or a statement of work). If there is any inconsistency, that agreement prevails over these terms.

6. Referral program

Referral rewards are paid only for successful placements and on the conditions described on our referral program section, including the payment schedule shown there. We may change or end the program at any time; referrals already placed will be honoured on the conditions that applied when they were made.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and code, are owned by or licensed to ALOIS. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. Client logos and names are the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party websites and services

The website links to and embeds third-party services, such as our candidate portal, maps, analytics and chat services, and sources we cite. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, the website is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its general information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
