Accessibility Statement

How we make this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us when it isn't.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Our commitment

We want everyone — including people using screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control — to be able to find roles, contact us and learn about our services. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What we have done

  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and controls.
  • Keyboard access with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Labelled form fields with error messages announced next to each field.
  • A pause control for scrolling content, and reduced motion when your device requests it.
  • Touch targets sized for phones, and layouts that reflow down to small screens.

3. Known limitations

  • Job descriptions are supplied by our applicant tracking system and may not always use accessible headings or lists.
  • The candidate portal and the chat service are provided by third parties. We have improved how the chat button works on our site, but we do not control the rest of these services.

4. Report a barrier

If anything on this site is hard to use, tell us at [email protected] or on +61 3 8652 1100. We can also accept applications and enquiries by email or phone instead of online forms.
