Know a great engineer, analyst or architect? Introduce them to ALOIS and get rewarded when they're placed.
*Referral amount (AUD 1,500) is processed after 4 weeks of successful deployment of the candidate and paid in 2 instalments: AUD 750 after 4 weeks and AUD 750 after 8 weeks from the candidate's joining date.
Candidate FAQs
Do I need to pay ALOIS to find me a job?
No. Our fees are paid by the employers we recruit for. There is no cost to apply for roles or join our talent pool.
Will you send my resume to employers without asking?
No. We discuss each role with you and only submit your resume once you agree.
Do I need Australian work rights?
Most roles we recruit for require the right to work in Australia, and some government roles require Australian citizenship or a security clearance. Each job ad states its requirements.
I don't see a suitable job. What should I do?
Join our talent pool. Many roles are filled from our network before they are advertised, and we'll contact you when something matches.
How is my personal information handled?
We use it to find you suitable roles and handle it under the Privacy Act. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to access or delete your information.
